Ingredients

  • 4 cups Stock (Chicken or Vegetable)

  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper

  • 1 can Maesri Liang Curry Paste

  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce

  • 10 Shallots

  • 1 Zucchini

  • 2 Carrots

  • 1 Bell Pepper

  • 8 ounces Shitake Mushrooms

  • 1 can Baby Corn

  • Cilantro

  • .5 pounds Peeled Uncooked Shrimp

Directions

  • Chop all vegetables (you can do some of this while waiting for stock to boil)
  • Boil stock
  • Add curry paste, peppercorns, fish sauce and stir until mixed
  • Add chopped shallots and allow to go soft in broth
  • Add chopped zucchini, mushrooms, bell pepper, and carrots
  • Add shrimp, allow to cook for 5 minutes
  • Add remaining vegetables
  • Serve!
